Hi!

 My name is Flick.

I’m a Naturopath, PT, Bunny Mummy, Terrible storyteller, Optimist and KeepCup® enthusiast.🍃⁣
I have worked as a Personal Trainer all over Australia, the UK, and am now a practising Naturopath.
It is my mission to improve the quality of health and lives of as many people as possible!

What do I mean by 'REAL' Naturopath?
I mean I want to share everything real on health; the less shiny versions. The topics sometimes considered taboo, even though they affect many of us every day.
To add a REAL approach through which you can explore health topics.

👉 I will be transparent through my posts, so you can see the life of a Naturopath and see that I am human just like you⁣!

 

MY BELIEFS are this;
*The body is a complex and incredible organism, given the right nutrients and conditions it has the most amazing and intricate ability to function and self heal. ✨


*Moderation is everything;

80/20, 80/20, 80/20

*Cookies will always be allowed (in moderation). 🍪🥦


*We don’t do diets - We do lifestyles! 😎

*Naturopaths are short term; I don’t want to see you for longer than needed. ✔️

*When ALL areas of your life are getting some action - You will truly thrive! ☯️

*YOU only get out what YOU put in. 🦹🏽‍♀️

*Mindset is your biggest asset;

    It MUST be trained to succeed. 🤔

*Goals are a necessity! Without a plan, wishes are just that - WISHES! 💭

*Farts are healthy. 💨👍🏻

*There is NO magic pill for health. 💊

*Learning about your body and how to care for it actually becomes enjoyable! 🤯

*You don’t have to eat foods you don’t like, but often with health changes, taste buds change and you may end up loving your most dreaded. 😋

*FIBRE is the best thing you can do for your health right now! Always! FOREVER!🥬🍌🥝

*Counting calories can be helpful but isn’t a necessity for results. 🙄🙌🏻

*I don’t do extremism. 🙅🏼‍♀️

*Holistic health means;

                  WHOLE HEALTH
You gotta move your body, eat your food as medicine, exercise your mind and support it regularly; sleep, find time for joy and downtime (and EAT COOKIES). ☯️🍪

*You don’t have to be happy all the time but gratefulness is an essential daily staple. 🙏
